General Overview

At T3-FLL, we are dedicated to helping both new and experienced traders capitalize on market movements by teaching them the fundamental and technical aspects of trading along with the psychological insights that separate those who succeed from those who don't. Our culture of mentoring and teamwork allows our traders the greatest opportunity to navigate a sharp learning curve and quickly prepare themselves for financial success.

We DO NOT run a "teach you to trade" seminar. We are firm believers that only successful traders can breed other successful traders. Therefore, each new member of T3-FLL is placed under the direct supervision of one, if not many, of our veteran traders. Each of our traders will be trained to be highly adaptable to match the fluidity of the markets.

New Traders

We provide new traders with the necessary tools to become a profitable trader. Each potential trader is taught the fundamentals of trading including basic terminology and how to read charts. After mastering the basics, they will gradually be introduced to more sophisticated trading concepts and, through the trading simulator, prepare for live trading.

Staying true to our fundamental beliefs that traders are raised as apprentices and not students in a classroom, new hires will have access to more experienced traders whose responsibility is to mentor and guide that trader through his first few months of trading. During the training period, a new trader will spend hours watching live trading as it is occurring before his eyes. This is a trader's opportunity to learn, ask questions, and absorb as much information as he possibly can about day trading. In addition, as part of the formal training, new traders are provided with written educational material that directly relates to our proven trading methodologies.

Once a new trader has an understanding of the fundamentals of trading, he will move on to the final step of training, the simulated trading platform. In the simulated environment, a new trader has the opportunity to test his trading techniques, practice his strategies, obtain feedback, and develop confidence without investing a single dollar. Once T3-FLL's partners and the trader feel that he is ready to trade, he will take his first step towards a successful career; live trading.

Experienced Traders

We offer new members to T3-FLL who have experience as a trader the same opportunities offered to rookie traders. However, the training is customized based on the background and professional insight of that trader. Additionally, as part of our emphasis to adapt and continually improve, we are always open to different trading styles and techniques. We will collectively discuss the best way to properly integrate different trading styles into our already established and time-tested system to leverage any skills an experienced trader may possess.
